Cancellation Policy

1. Reservations & Payments A 50% deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Remaining balances are due the day of service. We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, and invoice payments. 2. Cancellations Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a $25 fee. Missed appointments may be charged the full service amount. 3. Home Access Clients must ensure timely access to the home. Delays of more than 15 minutes may shorten the session or be treated as a late cancellation. 4. Service Expectations All service times are estimates and may vary based on the home’s condition. Any additional time or enhancements needed will be discussed and approved before proceeding. 5. Add-On Services Laundry, dishes, organizing, detailed baseboards, window sills, and interior appliance cleaning are considered add-ons and may require additional time and fees. 6. Satisfaction Policy If any concerns arise, please get in touch with us within 24 hours for a complimentary touch-up, as appropriate. Refunds are not offered. 7. Safety We do not handle biohazards or move heavy items. Please secure valuables and fragile items. 8. Membership & Pricing Adjustments Loyalty is valued. Should pricing adjustments occur, recurring clients will be notified in advance. Members may remain on their current rate or transition to updated packages based on their needs. 9. Pets & Comfort We adore pets, though for safety and comfort, they should be secured during service unless previously arranged. Divine Fusion is not responsible for pet behavior or unexpected incidents. 10. Commercial & Executive Property Care Commercial and high-end estate services may require a tailored proposal. Rates are based on square footage, frequency, and the level of detail desired, ensuring your business or luxury residence receives elevated, consistent care.
