Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduling & Turnaround Laundry pick-up and drop-off services are scheduled by appointment. Standard turnaround time is 24–48 hours, depending on load size and selected services. Same-day service may be available upon request for an additional fee. 2. Pricing & Payments Laundry services are priced per load or service selection. Payment is due at the time of pick-up or prior to drop-off. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, and invoice. 3. Garment Care Clients are responsible for identifying delicate, specialty, or dry-clean-only items prior to service. Divine Fusion is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed garment care requirements or pre-existing wear. 4. Scent & Detergent Preferences Clients may select from available detergent options, including fragrance-free. While premium detergents are used, Divine Fusion is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. 5. Cancellations Cancellations or changes require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a service fee. Personal Items 6. Please ensure all pockets are emptied prior to pick-up. Divine Fusion is not responsible for personal items left in garments. 7. Accepted Load Policy Each service includes one standard household trash-can–size bag of everyday clothing, up to 25 lbs. Overfilled bags may incur an additional charge as a separate load. Large items such as blankets, comforters, or specialty fabrics are not accepted.
